Kyosei E-Store support several posting methods to meet different requirement for our customer.
For your information, we will arrange to ship out your parcel within 1-3 working days after your order turns into the status of [payment accepted].
There are no posting service at Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays.

- Self pick-up (only for pick up in Kuala Lumpur)
- Delivery time in 5-7 working days
You may add the products into the cart and then the system will automatically calculate for you
- System will automatically calculate item weights and postage, but due to many reasons, it might not be 100% exactly same with actual postage, no changes or adjustment will be made.
- Item weights will add another 20% of the total weight for packing box and warping material.
- For postage to other countries please contact with our customer service.
- If a parcel arrives found serious damage, please do not sign and receive the parcel or else could not proceed with a damage claim.
- If parcel lost during delivery, claims are handled through the courier company, but we will assist the customer with these claims to the best of its ability.
- After sending out your parcel, the system will send the tracking number to you through your email.
- We do not guarantee parcel arrival date or time, for the urgent parcel please contact the courier company to confirm the delivery is on the desired time-frame. Self-pickup is most recommended.
System will notify your tracking number by email after shipped out. Please make sure your registered email is valid to received email.
Delivery time is purely depending on the postman route schedule, in other words, it is unpredictable. Please contact the courier company if you want to arrange or confirm your delivery time. If they could not solve your problem after contacting, please remain calmly and rationally to contact our customer service for help. We are willing to assist rational customers to check on their parcel’s status with the courier service.
Contact with our customer service or (Whatsapp) to arrange pick-up date/time. We accept cash payment upon pickup, no upfront payment needed.
