On 2019-09-06 Mr. Tatsuya Motomatsu founder and chairman of Kyosei Charity decided to visit SJK (C) Tiong Hua Kok Bin after read a news from China Press dated 03/08/2019 regarding school building fundraising event upon celebration of 95th Anniversary to improve and upgrade school facilities for better study environment.

On 2019-09-26 Mr. Tatsuya Motomatsu founder and chairman of Kyosei Charity is voluntary donating RM5,000 on behalf of Kyosei Boeki (M) Sdn. Bhd. to SJK (C) Tiong Hua Kok Bin by helping to improve and upgrade facilities in the school. Million thanks to Kyosei Boeki (M) Sdn. Bhd for the donation.
